Small group mat Pilates courses
If you prefer to work in a smaller group and want to get plenty of help and guidance from you instructor, then this may be the right option for you. These small groups allow for exercises to be adapted to your needs, with the opportunity to discuss and resolve limitations and ultimately get you to your goals.
Mat Pilates group session PAYG
This is a mat based Pilates class for all abilities and fitness levels. Classes are taught based on the 34 classical mat exercises, with progressions and modifications offered throughout the session, so everyone can work at a level which is right for them. We aim to mobilise shoulders, neck, back and pelvis, fire up your core and strengthen the whole body. We work hard, but aim to have fun too!
Seated and Standing Therapy Pilates
This session is designed for those who wish to improve their overall fitness and mobility at a gentle pace. All the exercises are adapted from the Classical mat Pilates exercises, but are carried out in a chair and standing.
Those with specialist conditions are welcome -
Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
Hip or knee replacement, shoulder problems
We will focus on the following -
Balance and coordination
Stretching and mobilisation
Pelvic floor activation
Private one to one Pilates
A 60 minute 121 Pilates session, giving you dedicated attention with expert guidance, allowing you to work on specific goals. This could be a one-off session, or you may choose to train more often.
If you have been referred by a clinician, joined-up care would be encouraged to see the best results.
Fit for movement 6 week programme
This six week programme is designed for anyone wanting to see real results, working on a one to one basis, taylormade to you.
It is suitable for anyone, whether you are recovering from injury and wish to take the next step after finishing clinical treatment. Maybe you are new to exercise and need extra support, or you're a keen sports person wanting to improve form and technique. Whatever your level of fitness, this programme can be adapted to suit the individual.
